Policies
Credit card is required at time of booking. Appointments/ classes not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged full price. If you've missed your appointment, you can rebook within a 7 day time period for a $10 fee. No refunds are issued on services rendered. Packages and Gift Cards expire within 1 year of issue, unless otherwise specified (some promotions have earlier deadlines). If you would like to extend an expired gift card, you can do so for a $10 fee for 90 additional days past the expiration date. (Every 90 days after initial extension,will be $10 to extend for additional 90 days.) No refunds on unused services, sessions, packages, or gift cards. Services and packages are non transferable. Cannot combine special offer discounts (one discount per visit). In some instances, a no show fee of $35 will be charged if you fail to show for your appointment.
Members that cancel within less than 1 hour will be charged for their monthly membership service. Members have the choice of rescheduling their monthly service for a $10 fee.
We reserve the right to limit or exclude appointment time and/or availability of promotional offers during peak booking times (Saturdays, Holidays, Sundays, etc.)
Tips are not required, but appreciated. Tips are divided evenly between services rendered during a visit unless otherwise specified by the client. Tips may be added to credit card transactions. Envelopes are available for cash tips at the front desk.
