Qigong
Qigong is the practice of learning how energy works in your body, balancing and cultivating energy, so we can heal ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. Available in group sessions Qi: energy, air, breath, vitality, Universal force of life Gong: work, use, practice, transform, cultivate, refine Qigong uses movement, chanting, visualization and breathing to help open the energy channels in the body, strengthen internal Qi and transform energy blockages. When Qi flows smoothly in the body, life is good and we are physically and mentally healthy. When the flow of Qi is interrupted, energy blockages form and can lead to physical or mental health problems. |
