PRE APPOINTMENT INFO:
- You must provide an email address, cell phone number, and credit card upon booking in order for us to provide contactless service.
- All appointments must be prepaid.
- All scheduling and follow up bookings must be completed via website, email or phone.
- All cancellations must be made via email or phone call. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service are fully charged. If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment. If in less than 24 hours, you will be charged, and a credit placed on your account. We may not be in the office to receive phone messages. We do receive electronic messages.
- Guests are not permitted to wait inside the building before or during a service.
- A COVID-19 Waiver and a Service Waiver MUST be completed prior to service. You will receive an electronic copy along with your appointment. Please sign the forms electronically.
- Towels are now available for the following services but you are encouraged to bring your own: Float, Sauna (2), Bio Mat (beach towel), foot bath (older towel, as the toxins will stain). Hair dryer will be temporarily unavailable.
- Services will conclude at the scheduled time (even if you arrive late) due to extra cleaning time required between appointments.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Face covering optional (if vaccinated), but encouraged. *Some therapists require face masks at all times.*
- Please call the lobby or text when you arrive. (Landline: 302-366-1727) The front door is locked. One customer will be let in at a time. All guests must wait in vehicles.
- Please practice social distancing.
- If you are a new massage client, please print and bring your signed forms with you.
