During this six week class series you will have a thorough introduction to the benefits of juicing. You will go from operation and care of your juicer to filling your own recipe binder with juice recipes. Once you have completed this series you will see firsthand the physical and emotional benefits of getting juiced every day! Included in the price of the class is a Breville juicer of your own!
This lifestyle change is one of the hardest to stay consistent with. During these classes you will have the opportunity to see what the benefits of being gluten free are. This can not only help people with auto immune diseases such as lupus or arthritis it can help you if you suffer from asthma and allergies as well. Gluten in excess can really disturb the ability your body has to communicate within itself. Learn easy ways to make different meals that kick the gluten but don't loose flavor!
Crockpot season is officially here! Now is the time to pull your crockpot out, dust it off and learn how to make healthy entrees that you will love. If you aren't a fan of coming home from work and then having to figure out what you're going to do for dinner this class is for you. No more tasteless take out that doesn't really satisfy your nutritional needs. Not only will you have dinner for tonight but you will have lunch for the next day and something to freeze for next week! During this class you will learn a few ways to make pizza without feeling guilty that you indulged. I guarantee you won't miss take out pizza after this simple class. You will also have an individual pizza to take home with you to enjoy!
Story and a Snack
During this class your little one will be treated to a story and we will prepare the food that is featured in the book! They will develop a love for reading and learn how to cook in no time.
Are you new to the idea of using food as medicine? When you go grocery shopping are you overwhelmed with the idea of what’s really good for and what you should steer clear from? How do you even read a food label? If this all seems overwhelming to you this class is just what you need to navigate this shift in your lifestyle. Stop listening to television doctors and reading magazines for “dieting advice” and come on in for this series so you can find answers to all of your grocery store questions. Once you are finished with series you will walk into the store with confidence and a plan so you don’t derail all of your hard work with poor food choices masked as good ones.
Baby Food Basics
During these classes you will learn the basics of making baby food. You will learn the benefits of all different sources of food and vegetables, when to go fresh or frozen and how to prep enough food for your little one for the week without spending a week to do it. During this class you will learn more about a vegetarian lifestyle and the different categories of vegetarianism. You will learn how to make plant based recipes that taste delicious and keep you coming back for more. You will also learn the importance of reading labels and being aware of food sources. You will be able to figure out where it is important to spend your money on quality ingredients and where you can cut corners if you need to.
Salads and Dressings
During this class you will learn a few new salads to add to your repertoire as well as homemade dressings that will enhance your salad experience. This class is a really easy way to introduce yourself to preparing foods for yourself without necessarily having to cook!
Does party food have you wanting to RSVP with NO WAY!!!? While you are working toward wellness it’s often hard to mingle with those that don’t understand your shift. Be prepared with these simple recipes that you can bring along with you to family, corporate or holiday parties all throughout the year. By introducing people to fun healthy eating you can make sure you have something decent to eat and have the opportunity to share this piece of your journey with others!
This class is for Aspire Wellness Kids! We will be introducing snacks that kids can create on their own with things that you probably already have in the kitchen. Each class will include a recipe to bring home with safe instructions for your little one. We want our kids to be excited about food and know the difference between real and fake! When you check the schedule, you can see the snack we are preparing for each class.
When I started to change my lifestyle, a friend of mine introduced me to a few documentaries that really reinforced the importance of the changes I was making. It is critical that you educate yourself and make these changes with your body, mind and soul. Without this knowledge, you really can't share your journey with anyone else effectively. This club is the opportunity to expose yourself to powerful knowledge and share opinions and experiences with other like minded people at various stages of change themselves.
