Personal training is all about you. Meet your trainer, set your goals, and get to work on the improved you. Your trainer will customize and tailor your workouts, meeting you where you are, then progressing and challenging you towards your personal goals. Workouts are always different, and your trainer provides one-on-one support and encouragement to not only keep you on track, but move you in the direction of success. No distractions, no wondering if you're doing the "right stuff" in the gym, no intimidation. We plan it, we teach you, we guide you.

Yin Yoga | Debbie (SERIES CLASS)
In Yin Yoga, your work is to be the space for whatever arises, by allowing, accepting, and opening, thus returning to the formless dimension. On the physical level of this practice, Yin Yoga aims at reaching the connective tissues beneath the muscle; the ligaments, bones, and the joints in the body.
There are three points to keep in mind as you work with these postures: 1. Find your comfortable edge; that place where the body begins to feel resistance. 2. The next point is to become still. 3. Hold the posture and relax your body while doing so. Most importantly, don’t judge or criticize yourself. Your body’s flexibility varies from day to day.The core of this practice is acceptance of what is.

Kids been cooped up all week or sitting too long? This high energy class is meant to get your kids up and using their energy! Try a class today! This class could result in your little ones getting a good night sleep, as their energy resources have been used! Ages 6-10

This class begins with some light stretching to wake up the body. Then, journey with us as we do a meditation and visualization, promoting deep relaxation and inner reflection.
